Behind the scenes - Whisk!

A small selection, from last weeks' photo-shoot. I went behind the scenes, for my favourite catering company, Whisk! When they were catering for St Katherine's School restaurant, The Leaf at Ham Green.

Whisk's mission is to celebrate the pleasure of eating, encourage people to cook confidently and consider the impact of how we eat. -- All ingredients are locally sourced from organic and fairly traded suppliers.
